- Free Local No Contact Pickup: available in Crown Point West, Hamilton. You will be emailed with pickup time and location. Orders available within 1-3 business days.
- Free Local Delivery: Minimum order for local delivery is $10. Available to Hamilton wards 2, 3, &4. To see if you qualify for free local delivery check the ward boundary map https://map.hamilton.ca/Static/PDFs/WardMaps/AllWards_Statistics.pdf
- Letter Mail Canada Post: $7.00 for orders up to 299g in weight, 3-9 business days for delivery. Letter mail option does NOT include parcel tracking and insurance. We are unable to trace or replace delayed or lost items sent by letter mail, use at buyers own risk.***
- Expedited Canada Post: Flat rate $15.00 across Canada. 3 to 7 business days. Includes tracking and insurance coverage (up to $100).
- Xpress Canada Post: $25.00 1-2 business days for delivery. Includes tracking and insurance coverage (up to $100). Email us for this option.
- Free Expedited Shipping on orders over $100.00 (before taxes)
- International Shipping. Please email us for a shipping quote to your destination.
- Standard International: $7.90 for orders up to 500g, $19.90 for orders 500g to 1.5kg, $29.90 for orders 1.5kg to 30kg in weight. 4 to 8 business days for delivery.
- Express International: $34.90 for orders up to 1.5kg. 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
Please email us for rates on orders being shipped outside of Canada and the USA.
- Delivery times do not include process and handling times. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment in full. If you need your order sooner, let us know as soon as possible by email us so that we can see if we may be able to accommodate your request.
- You may combine up to two orders from two different households to go to one delivery address to save on shipping costs. Email us for more information.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to their destination
-We do not currently offer mailing services other than Canada Post.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Due to COVID-19 we are currently unable to receive returns.
- If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, is missing parts, or has a manufacturers flaw, please email us within 7 business days of receipt and we will send a replacement or refund for your item.
- Discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
